Does the demo send email or WhatsApp messages?

No. External channels remain visibly unconfigured. Replies and reminders stay inside the demo.

Does the system make decisions automatically?

No. Staff review extracted commitments, ownership and deadlines. Unknown parent questions are handed to a person instead of guessed.

Can we deploy this on our own server?

Yes. The application is prepared for PostgreSQL and container deployment when environment details are added.
